I have been a trainer for three different companies; one in marketing, one in manufacturing, and one in sales. I was a company trainer in the U.S. Army for two years. I was a supervisor for a military communications center for two years. I have been a Senior Technical Writer for the last 15 years. I have also been a public speaker for more than 40 years.I ran an internship program for Oklahoma University IT students in 1999. I have more than 25 years of experience with computers and hav
