I first tutored in college in 2010 at an after school program for underprivileged children. I became hooked on how much kids can learn in a one on one setting. Since then I've tutored my elementary students, as well as some other middle and high school children whose parents heard of me through word of mouth. I'm a Montessori trained, certified k- 6 teacher and I am passionate about meeting children where they are. To me, this means working with their strengths instead of against their challenge
