I am a retired math teacher with thirty-one years of experience with the New York City Department of Education. I hold a New York City Junior High School Mathematics Teacher License, a New York State Permanent Certification as a Mathematics Grades 7-12 Teacher & a New York State Permanent Certification as an Administrator/Supervisor. When I taught at Passages Academy, I was perceived by my colleagues to be a Math Word Problem Specialist. I, with the help of my colleague, was able to reach and
