I have a BA in cultural anthropology, an MA in social science, and a PhD in political anthropology. I teach and have taught at a wide variety of private, community, and state colleges and universities in Massachusetts and elsewhere, including the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Fitchburg State University, Greenfield Community College, and many others. I teach mostly sociology, along with cultural anthropology, and have also taught history, courses on globalization and the environment,
