My name is Ms. Cathey and I live in Sebastian. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and Criminology and a Master's of Education (Special Education). Both of these degrees were from the University of Utah. I have experience teaching students from Pre-k up to teenagers. My strength is teaching Reading. I have a certificate in Reading and have a Basic Reading Endorsement from Utah.
