While I am new to Wyzant, I have been teaching English writing and ESL conversation/writing in universities and high schools for eight years, both in the United States and in Asia. Though I've spent lots of time in front of a class, I much prefer the learning style of tutoring or home school, and I have found tutoring so much more effective for helping my students make leaps of progress! As a summa cum laude graduate, I take learning seriously, but that doesn't mean it always has to be serious!
