In over fifteen years of teaching, I have found it most rewarding to work with small groups of students or with individual students. With more time per student, I can find ways of explaining that fit that student's needs. Students with learning disabilities sometimes cannot express what it is that is blocking them and I am dedicated to finding ways to cope with these frustrations.
