In doing tutorial session. I do an informal assessment of the student in both oral and written form. I motivate the students so there is no room for embarrassment and while the session goes on,taking down notes,mental and actual becomes prominent and the after effect of this first meeting becomes breaking the ice. The student has to be comfortable with the session. The level of difficulty of the student becomes clear and therefore a set of plan can be done making it into a curriculum as a guide
