I'm an Iowa native and a graduate of Northwestern University. There I studied chemical engineering and was a member of the baseball team. Having graduated as the valedictorian of my high school class, and then succeeded in both my rigorous coursework and NCAA Division 1 athletics, I understand the value of hard work and intrinsic motivation.
