This past summer I was admitted into the Philadelphia Teaching Fellowship program, where I participated in an intensive six week training program. I taught summer school to rising first graders in North Philadelphia. I worked endlessly to deliver state-aligned instruction, implement behavioral systems to attain 80% mastery in all subject areas, such as literacy, math, writing and reading comprehension.
