After 30 years as a paralegal, I followed my dream of becoming a teacher. I received my teaching license from Fort Lewis College to teach Spanish, which is a language and culture that I love. I discovered my passion for teaching English as Second Language (ESL) during my educational journey. I received my master's in education with an emphasis in Linguistically Diverse Education (formerly ESL) in 2012. I am presently a part time adjunct professor of ESL at Colorado State University in Pueblo.
