I ask that I be notified of the topic (ex: this week we're learning stoichiometry, or this week we're finding the integral of trig functions) at least 24 hours in advance of the tutoring session. This helps me plan in advance especially if you need additional examples. Then I don't have to waste time making up or searching for questions during our meeting.
