I was a math tutor at Southside ISD for the AVID program and was the only high level math tutor. I have tutored for three years. Part of my method is to also include the student to where it is not just me giving a lecture. Mathematics is a very practical subject and I feel it is best taught in a "left seat, right seat" method.
