After graduating from Chico State in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a minor in psychology, I earned a multiple-subject credential from Sacramento State and a Master of Arts in Education Leadership in 2009. I recently worked with several private schools in the Bay Area to learn about various educational philosophies. I also spent seven months in China teaching English to middle and high school students. Traveling through the country, I learned to read, write, and speak Mandarin.
