I am an experienced classroom teacher who enjoys working with students to see the light go on. I have taught in an elementary classroom for many years. I have worked with at risk students. I have tutored students in classroom work as well as the Sylvan program to help the children achieve grade equivalency. I use different teaching strategies for the students' success. I am patient and understanding, going at the students pace so they will retain the information.
