I taught first grade for 30!+ years. My passion is reading and writing. Over the years many new fads came and went, but I found there is no substitute for old methodologies which I used successfully over the years. I love children and love to see their eyes light up when they master reading.Currently I volunteer in an ESL program in our local community. I can speak three languages fluently.I have extensive experience. I student taught in London many years ago. I am a voracious reader.
