I majored in piano with a minor in oboe at the School of Music at the Naval Amphibious Base in Norfolk, VA when I was in the Marines. I spent three semesters tutoring college algebra/pre-calculus at Howard Community College after completing an extremely rigorous math assessment test. I had students tell me they were going to drop their math course until I started working with them.Tutoring is what I do best, and I find it very fulfilling.
