I'm from Kansas City but recently relocated to the Dallas area. I'm 25 years of age. Before I moved I was a basketball coach for a basketball team . And I've been coaching for about 5 years and training for about the same time frame. I also ran track in high school and junior college. I'm a very technical trainer.
