For over 20 years, I have been teaching, training & tutoring in many different forms. Working in small groups and one-on-one, I love interacting with students, asking them questions & getting them to ask questions of their own. That give-and-take is where true learning really happens, but the great payoff comes when the student gets it — when the bulb clicks on and the light flashes in their eyes.I also employ a modified EDGE method (Explain-Demonstrate-Guide-Enable), particularly with gramm
