After graduating from Brigham Young University with my teaching credential, I spent ten years as a classroom teacher. Through those years I taught many first graders the basic skills of reading, writing and arithmetic. I also homeschooled my four children through eighth grade which allowed me to work with individual needs and to become familiar with other grade level curriculum.
