I have spent the last 4 years as an Apple Genius. I am currently a certified Macintosh Technician and certified in all portable devices, i.e., phones, iPods and iPads. I can help with initial setup, upgrading, data migration, troubleshooting, iCloud setup, and basically anything Apple.I also have over 7 years' documented teaching experience at the college level.
